This painting reminds me of a log cabin quilt with its inwardly spiraling paint strokes.The colors are mostly Phthalo Blue and Alizarin Crimson - my camera and Photoshop truly hate this combination - I always struggle to get these colors to photograph properly. In the painting, the inner-most blue strips have a pale greenish cast.
