Sunflower #7, Acrylic on Watercolor Paper, 8"x14", $100

Day seven of the 30 Day Challenge.  In this painting, I just went with the lines. I put a transparent acrylic wash on gessoed watercolor paper and then drew the sunflower with black paint using a round brush. I like the textures and sense of form that can be achieved through lines - I guess it appeals to the engineer in me.
